01 · The opportunity
A rare expertise profile, currently sold by the hour
Much of this expertise is delivered today through individual appointments at approximately £55 per session.
Value per client — current vs. proposed
The aim is to raise the value of each client relationship, not the number of appointments delivered.
Illustrative only. The £2,000 price point is treated as a commercial hypothesis to validate during the analysis.
The opportunity is to determine whether this expertise can be packaged into a structured programme priced around £2,000, with suitable payment options.
The analysis will identify the most commercially appropriate, ethical and deliverable model for the business. The goal is to increase value per client — not simply to increase the number of £55 appointments delivered.
02 · Scope
What the analysis will determine
Ten commercial questions, answered with evidence rather than assumption.
03 · Method
What is included in the analysis
Five workstreams, run in sequence, ending in a single clear recommendation.
Positioning review
We will clarify how to communicate the connection between:
- Biomedical genetics research
- Functional medicine
- Nutritional genetics
- Advanced reflexology
- Personalised wellbeing
The objective is to ensure the market understands why this expertise is different from that of a general reflexologist.
Offer and programme design
We will develop the recommended structure for a premium programme, which may include:
- Initial consultation or assessment
- Personalised wellbeing recommendations
- Scheduled support sessions
- Appropriate nutrition and lifestyle guidance within scope
- Progress reviews
- Client resources
- Ongoing support or continuity options
The potential £2,000 programme is treated as a commercial hypothesis to validate, not an assumption.
Revenue opportunity model
We will review:
- Current services and pricing
- Monthly appointment volume
- Enquiries and conversion rates
- Repeat booking behaviour
- Average revenue per client
- Capacity and availability
- Revenue potential from structured programmes
- Payment-plan economics
- Delivery requirements and margins
Marketing opportunity review
We will assess the most appropriate strategy for attracting qualified prospects, including:
- Organic content and educational marketing
- Referral and partnership opportunities
- Local and specialist audience development
- Website and landing-page requirements
- Email follow-up and nurture
- Paid advertising opportunities
- Lead capture and booking process
We distinguish between strategies that can be executed immediately and those that should only be introduced once the offer, proof and conversion process are ready.
Client journey review
We map the full path a client travels, and where value leaks from it.
The journey we will map end to end

Implementation value, plus a performance-based component tied to agreed incremental collected revenue.
The analysis answers four questions
- 1.What should be sold?
- 2.Who should it be sold to?
- 3.How should it be marketed?
- 4.What system is required to deliver it profitably?
Important boundaries
The Partnership provides commercial strategy, marketing support, implementation coaching and revenue-system development. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions or guarantee fertility, IVF or other health outcomes.
All public-facing health, fertility, treatment, testimonial and outcome claims must be accurate, appropriately substantiated and reviewed for regulatory suitability before publication. Marketing should focus on qualifications, process, support experience and a personalised approach, without implying guaranteed clinical outcomes.
